Feet pain after wearing heels

I wore heels and now A little below from my middle toe I have pain from 2 days at a specific point. What do I do for relief?

Improper footwear (example heels) alter foot biomechanics and can cause pain.
Next Steps
Stop wearing heels. Wear comfortable footwear like sports shoes (normal will do, no need of expensive footwear) with silicone insole). Take any analgesic if pain is too much. Do hot fomentation 2-3 times a day. pain should resolve in a couple of days
