Feeling uneasy in my head

Since 5 years I am feeling tired my eyes feels tired my lips get dried my back hands legs pains . After waking up in the morning or at anytime I get this symptoms. Now I am feeling sudden uneasiness in my head at anytime  not on regular basis. I have done arthritis test it's negative. My hemoglobin level are normal . I get tingling sensation in my hands and legs .

Gargles with saline /betadine solution 3-4 times per day for throat problem Avoid cold water, icecream..ect Adequate bed rest. Take plenty of water or ORS Soft diet Avoid fatty,oily ,spicy and fast food.
