Your BMI is 25.3kg/m2 You are overweight and definately need to reduce few 5% initially. Walking specific no of km may not help to reduce your weight as your body gets use too to the physical activity within few days. So intensity and or type of exercise need to be change. At the same time your diet should be right for effective weight loss and hormonal imbalance. Hope this is helpful . More details are necessary.

Hi dear, Dt Swati Pandey here. As per your parameters , you are overweight , with BMI of 25.35 kg/ m 2 You need to loose weight , which u have already started that's good . But your increased (  only if you are not pregnant) prolactin levels are hindering in your body metabolism , this making your struggle tougher.

2 kms  alone are not enough besides this you have to make  balanced dietary modifications. to regulate your harmonal levels. Increase those foods that lower prolactin levels are generally high in zinc; think shellfish, beef, turkey and beans. It's also important to get plenty of B6, so foods like potatoes, bananas, wild salmon, chicken and spinach can help boost those vitamin levels.

some tips:- .changing your diet and keeping your stress levels down. stopping high-intensity workouts or activities that overwhelm you. avoiding clothing that makes your chest uncomfortable. avoiding activities and clothing that overstimulate your nipples. taking vitamin B-6 and vitamin E supplements.
