Your Vitamin D level is 16 ng/mL, which indicates vitamin D deficiency. I would suggest Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, preferably after a meal. After completing 8 weeks, switch to a maintenance dose of 1,000–2,000 IU daily (or equivalent weekly dosing). Vitamin K2 is not routinely required along with vitamin D for correction of vitamin D deficiency. It can be considered in selected patients, but there is insufficient evidence to recommend routine K2 supplementation for everyone.
Next Steps
Repeat 25-OH Vitamin D after ~8–12 weeks and adjust the maintenance dose according to the result.
Health Tips
Avoid taking additional high-dose vitamin D supplements simultaneously. If you have kidney disease, recurrent kidney stones, hypercalcemia, or are taking calcium supplements, consult your doctor before starting high-dose vitamin D.

Vitamin D of 16 ng/ml is deficiency and does need correction, but it is a plain D3 job - K2 is not required for this. K2 is marketing in most D3+K2 combinations; it matters only in specific bone/vascular situations, not for simple deficiency.
Next Steps
Standard correction: Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU sachet once a week for 8 weeks (take with a meal, works better than empty stomach), then 60,000 IU once a month to maintain. Add calcium-rich diet and 20 minutes of sunlight. Recheck vitamin D after 3 months. Since you also have acidity, take the sachet after food. Confirm the dose with your physician - you can consult me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
