No diagnosis & treatment are made only on the basis of investigations . Investigations are helpful in reaching a conclusion. So let your physician evaluate your symptoms. Your investigations are inconclusive.

Your symptoms are due to vitamin b12 deficiency which is not due to lymphocytes decrease Vitamin b12 is not synthesized in our body and it's obtained from food that we eat I suggest you to consult a general physician and get vitamin b12 supplements

A vitamin B12 level of 290 pg/mL is within the normal range, though it is borderline low in some individuals. Isolated mild lymphocytopenia is usually not caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. Since your numbness is limited to one leg, it is more likely due to a nerve-related problem rather than B12 deficiency.
Next Steps
Please continue follow-up with your neurologist.
Health Tips
If symptoms persist, further evaluation such as MRI spine/nerve conduction studies (if advised) and repeat CBC may be helpful.

Numbness limited to one leg alone is unlikely related to vitamin b 12 insufficiency or deficiency, rather could be due to nerve related issue.vitamin b 12 level does not cause low lymphocytes directly

low to normal B12 and stress can contribute to symptoms and mild lymphopenia. Continue supplements. A consultation can review full reports. Feel free to book one.

The muscle aches and numbness in only one leg is NOT due to vitamin B12 deficiency or low lymphocytes count. Vitamin B12 can cause low lymphocytes count as vit b12 is required in lymphocytes production. division. To raise your lymphocyte count, take Vitamin B12.

B12 levels are  on lower side of normal. Take supradyn one morning and one evening. Low lymphocytes can be due to some recent infection or even stress.

Your Vitamin B12 is low-normal and may contribute to numbness in some people, but it usually does not cause low lymphocyte counts. Mildly low lymphocytes can occur due to stress, recent infections, or other causes.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult for further evaluation and treatment plan.

Take neurobion forte after meals twice a day. No decreased levels of b12 have no effect on lymphocytes. For mental stress try yoga and meditation. Reduce device uses as much as possible.

Your Vitamin B12 level (290 pg/mL) is borderline and may contribute to symptoms like numbness, tingling, and muscle aches. However, a low lymphocyte percentage (19%) is usually not caused by B12 deficiency alone. It should be interpreted along with your Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC) and the rest of your CBC. Since your symptoms are persistent, a proper clinical evaluation is important to identify the exact cause. You're welcome to visit our clinic for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
