Does acidity medication cause low b12
I'm using razo 20 prescribed by doctor. After few days I'm feeling low energy and dizzy ? In side effect I saw it cause brittle bones and b12 deficient.
Is it reason for this side effects?

Noo man not so fast...... Chronic use may lead to the side effects it's not like it will.
Drink plenty of water with ORS... keep your self hydrated.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid outside food.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
