Hello, I understand that you have been experiencing recurrent dizziness and shaking for the last 3 weeks, despite having normal blood investigations, ECG, 2D Echo, TMT and Troponin reports. Even when cardiac investigations are normal, dizziness and shaking can occur due to several other causes, such as blood sugar fluctuations, BP changes, inner ear disorders, thyroid problems, anaemia, electrolyte imbalance or anxiety-related conditions. I would recommend a detailed consultation to understand the cause of your symptoms. Please share your previous investigation reports and current medication details during the consultation so we can evaluate your condition and guide you regarding further management. You can consult me online for a detailed assessment and appropriate medical advice. If you experience chest pain, fainting, severe headache, difficulty speaking, weakness on one side or severe breathlessness, please visit the nearest emergency department immediately. Regards, Dr. Bakul Chaudhary Medical Officer

Dizziness with shaking that comes and goes for three weeks, with your heart tests all normal, usually points away from the heart as the cause. Common reasons at this stage include low blood sugar, anemia, dehydration, inner-ear or balance problems, or a drop in blood pressure when you stand up. Anxiety can also cause these episodes.
Next Steps
It helps to check your blood sugar during an episode if possible, along with a CBC, electrolytes and your blood pressure lying down and standing. Please consult a general physician or neurologist to work through these tests and plan further care.
Health Tips
Seek urgent care if you faint, your vision blacks out, or the episodes become more frequent or severe.
