Digestion Problem

Hi i am suffering from grade I fatty liver, and for reason I sufer from digestion problem can anyone suggest a got syrup for digestion. My doctor recommend Serazym but its not available in near by pharmacy.

Need a proper history, saying gut problem won't help us understand what's happening to you. Need not worry about fatty liver, reduce fat content in diet and alcohol consumption should also be stopped.
