I am a software engineer and from past few months my belly fat has been increased to a huge extent. It can be due to just sitting and working all day without much movement. I am not working out from past 1.5 years.
Is there any diet which I can follow that will help me in burning the belly fat without causing much reduction in muscle mass.

There is no food which will burn fat from one body part. Spot reduction doesn't work.
Overall fat loss takes place.
Include dandelion tea in your routine, consume it 2-3 times a day, it will help in inch loss.
Perform workouts 5 days a week for better results
