2023-08-13 04:57:45
My husband is just diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (TSH 6.13 microlitre U/ml; normal is 0.35-5.5) LDL cholesterol is 134mg/dal( Normal is less dn 100) Bilirubin total 1.99mg/dL (Normal is 1.2) Please suggest what should be avoided in diet and what should be included in diet to meet the proper nutrition, so that TSH can be normalised. Thanks for your support.
