Need to avoid Turnip, cauliflower, cauliflower family like broccoli and broccoli sprouts, Palak, Soya and soya products. Early morning can take Coriander water , 5 almonds and 2 walnut .Drink 4 litres water in a day. Maintain your meal gap. Avoid junk and fried food. Do your body analysis and get better results.
