Hi, am feeding mother of 15 months, am having thyroid, using 62.5 mg . i want to know what to eat and want not to eat, some are saying not to ground nut, raagi , cauliflower, cabbage, meats . pls suggest me what to avoid.

You are taking thyroid tablets, so don't think too much about diet.. Just avoid brokely, cabbage, cauliflower vegetables in raw form. You are feeding mother, take proper and healthy diet.
