Diet chart for kidney patient
My father has recently diagnosed having CKD disease. His creatinine level is 3.5. He is also suffering for high BP and sugar. Doctors told him to avoid potassium, sodium rich food, no sugar as well as limit water intake to 1 litre per day. I need a balanced diet chart for him which covers all above issues CKD,BP and Diabetes problem. Please suggest a balanced diet for him. Based on recommendation, I would consult privately.
