I've developed a painless pimple in lower 2-3 days ago with 2 mouth ulcers in gums and tongue. What is it? The pimple was hurting 2-3 days ago but now it's not.

Hello sir, it's looking like a mucocele. Don't bite on your lip or tongue. If it increases then you need to do the excision of the mucocele. Visit the clinic.

It is just an ulcer. It will heal within 2-3 days. You can apply Mucopain gel and it will be healed. There are many reasons for ulcers like trauma, hot foods and drink, vitamin deficiencies, stress, infections, habits, etc
