Should I avoid dairy products in PCOS ? As many people say .. And also curd , buttermilk and ghee should also be avoided in PCOS ?

Hi No not at all... Just have low fat milk or remove the cream and then take U can have curd , buttermilk and paneer

Gud morning u can have low fat milk n milk products like curd, buttermilk etc but in limitation not high intake of these foods.
