Hello
Your symptoms — high fever, fatigue, headache, cough, weakness, and stomach discomfort — are most likely due to a viral or post-infectious fever, which can sometimes mimic dengue, flu, or typhoid, especially when body ache and stomach upset are prominent.
It’s important not to ignore it, as persistent high fever with weakness can quickly cause dehydration and low platelets, especially during the current viral season. I’d recommend:
Take Paracetamol 650 mg every 6–8 hours (if no
liver issues) for fever.
Drink plenty of fluids — ORS, coconut water, soups.
Avoid oily and heavy meals.
Monitor temperature and urine output.
If fever lasts beyond 48–72 hours, or if you experience vomiting, breathlessness, or abdominal pain, you must get basic tests done — CBC, dengue NS1, malaria, and
liver function tests.
Since your symptoms involve multiple systems (respiratory + gastrointestinal), I suggest a quick chat or video consultation so I can assess your pattern of fever, look at your vitals and reports (if any), and guide you on the exact treatment or antibiotics if needed.
