Continuous work-out No weight loss

I have been doing brisk walk from last 2 months phase 9.5 sec /km I walk brisk walk for an hour and normal walk for another hour. Despite that weight don't seem to be loosing. What should I do.

And try to have a walk, post your meals for 15 to 20 minutes as it helps reduce bloating. -Do consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions such as thyroid.
