It has been since 7 years of my sleeping paralysis. And i feel drosiness in everyplace where there is a need to be alert. Like in class in examination. I am taking mood alert. It alert my mood bt the Concentration problm is still with me.i m unable to correlate the 2 lines of teacher. Wat shud i do

Consult Now
There are some other controlled medications you can take for alertness.  See a psychiatrist who can prescribe the same. You can also see a neurologist or sleep specialist who can prescribe them.
