Dear Sir /Ma'am,
Please suggest any combination medicine Telmisartan 20 and Metoprolol Succinate 25/50. Initially started with Telma then discontinued due to sinus issues then on beta blockers due to HR increase.Will there be any side effects with combination medicine. Help and assistance required. It is better not to use combination medicine. Metoprolol causes fall in the pulse rate. It is better to use this medicine at night because then bradycardia will occur when you are sleeping. So you will not know it. Bradycardia in the daytime may lead to giddiness.
Secondly when you have to use two medicines, why not space them so that you get adequate control of BP during all the 24 hours.

U can try Metpure Tel 20 as it has the combination in the mentioned doses. Tazloc and metasartan maybe difficult for you as they are commonly found with telmi 40 dose. There is no side effects. Kindly consult a cardiologist after using this medicine as a follow up.
