Your cholesterol levels are borderline high and slightly raised triglycerides.At this stage you don't need any medications for lowering the cholesterol level unless you have diabetes and other risk factors .Change in your life style and diet modifications plus exercise daily for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables , avoid fatty food spicy food, Drink plenty of water.You can try Omega 3 daily for few months.
