Hello,
Swelling inside the cheek can be because of the adjacent teeth causing abrasion of that area on cheek or because of pressure from the opposing teeth . 1st it needs to be seen what exactly is the condition of the cheek (need to be seen by a dentist or at least photos of that area) 2nd x-ray will be some to check the status of the teeth causing it.
Treatment will be based on the complete evaluation only ( most probably either rounding off the edges of the teeth causing it or removal of the teeth if it’s the last wisdom teeth)
For the time being you can take medicines for relief of pain and swelling
Rx tab augmentin 625 mg (1 tab thrice a day), tab zerodol SP ( 1 tab twice a day) , tab zintec ( 1 tab twice a day) for at least 3 days
And schedule an appointment with your dentist.
