You are having mild disc degeneration according to your MRI reports. Your symptoms also go in favour of cervical spondylitis which is in agreement of the scan findings. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon so he can examine you clinically and suggest you treatment. Needs to look at films to suggest better.

Hi mam. It signifies early wear and tear in your neck which can be occasionally seen in someone of your age. Since the pain is since 1 month, I would advise you to continue with physiotherapy for neck with proper posture care. You would need to be evaluated by local orthopaedic/ spine surgeon but it doesn’t appear that you would need surgery for this.
