Hi, to be exact cashews do not have cholesterol, cholesterol is in simple words bad fat that is harmfull to your body, even tough cashews do not have cholesterol having them too much can cause discomfort to your body....i would like to know why do you want to consume cashews?! Is it that you like them or you are looking out for some specific benefit from it...if you let me know i can suggest you how to use cashews to your benefit or i could suggest you a better alternative.
