Is there any Cap to how many calories can be easily digested per meal. I am targeting 2500 calories per day.
I take 4 meals
breakfast- 900 calories,
snacks-400calorie
lunch-600 calories
dinner 600 calories.
I am not able to take 5-6 meals as I travel in day, and come home around 10pm.
Someone told not to take more than 600 calories per meal as surplus calories per meal will be stored as fat. Is it true..?
