Bump inside left cheek

I am having a bump inside my left cheek it's soft and moveable I am attaching the pic here pls tell me whom to consult

From the information you have given over here since u haven't mentioned any type of tobacco chewing habbit or areca nut chewing habbit, I'm presuming this has happened due to continuous cheeck bite habbit.....so I suggest you to first of all show to your nearest dentist or dental hospital for further information regarding the lump in your left cheek.
Next Steps
I'll suggest you to visit the nearest dental college or hospital so that you will get to the  depth of it.,.....so that if anything is doubtful if that that can be diagnosed earlier then that can be prevented.........
