Start by making a list, priority wise of the things you need to tackle in the next 6 hours. Put that list up, somewhere you can see clearly. In the same way, make a list for the week too. Remember that we all have work to do. Every day living is work too. And we need our breaths to do it! Also, consult a good psychiatrist for ongoing help
Next Steps
Step 1: Make a list of work-that-needs-to-be-done for the next 6hrs. Step 2: Same list for 24hrs. Step 3: List for 7 days
Health Tips
If no relief, seek professional help in person

Start meditation or any other activity from which you can feel relaxed and whenever you are idle you can start using pursed lip breathing as it will help you in relaxation and breathing difficulty will be less. You can also consult cardiopulmonary physiotherapist for your breathing problem.
