It seems you have a borderline change in your lipid profile, which suggests dyslipidemia. This condition is typically manageable with lifestyle changes. I recommend focusing on a balanced diet low in saturated fats, incorporating regular physical activity into your routine, and reducing stress. After making these adjustments, you should retest your lipid levels in four weeks. If your cholesterol remains high, medication may be required. You may start with Lipikind 10 mg once daily, but only under medical supervision. For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan, feel free to consult me or reach out via WhatsApp. You can contact me at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two. Best regards.
