My wife's blood pressure remains around 110/60.Is it normal? She feels drowsiness sometimes and a sense of confusion. Please suggest some healthy diets (veg or non veg) to make improvements in this regard.

It is normal blood pressure. The drowsiness may be due to low blood sugar levels. Take breakfast before 8 to 8:30 a.m. Don't skip breakfast.

Hi, The normal range of BP is 120/ 80. As per the Patient's data, its on the lower side. So start increasing little bit of salt in your diet. Coffee also helps. Veg/ Non veg both are okay, if taken home cooked in a healthy way & consumed in moderation. Coorelate clinically as well. Thanks
