Bloating / not flat stomach

2018-06-24 02:28:35
I'm 15. I'm done growing for the most part and have gone through puberty almost completely. I cut out the carbs, junk food, starches, and unhealthy fats. I workout. I do cardio and build muscle. I did this and it didn't work. The only time I have a flat stomach is when I eat like 500 calories a day. My stomach is literally bloated any other time and I'm so tired of not having a flat stomach like I used to. Idk what to do.

Hi No need to cut carbs out completely. Eat more of fibre rich foods. Drink plenty of water everyday but don't drink water immediately after your meals. Do exercises such as crunches, bicycle exercise, lunges etc. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards
