Bleeding from gums can have several causes, we should never ignore it as this can be a manifestation of a systemic disease.. I would suggest you to rush to your dentist as earliest possible, get the examination done.. the commonest cause is deposits around your teeth, in that case get a professional cleaning done, start using a gum paint after brushing and for 10-15 days use a soft sensitive brush and while brushing don't hurt your gums... but if there are minimal or no deposits then the bleeding gums should be taken more seriously as it's could be due to some medicines or vitamin C deficiency or there are many more reasons
Next Steps
Visit your dentist at earliest
Health Tips
Don't use mustard oil and salt for massaging your gums.....

The main cause of bleeding gums is the buildup of plaque at the gum line. This will lead to a condition called gingivitis, or inflamed gums. Plaque that is not removed will harden into tartar. This will lead to increased bleeding and a more advanced form of gum and jawbone disease known as periodontitis. Other causes of bleeding gums include: Any bleeding disorder Brushing too hard Hormonal changes during pregnancy Ill-fitting dentures or other dental appliances Improper flossing Infection, which can be either in a tooth or the gum Leukemia, a type of blood cancer Scurvy, a vitamin C deficiency Use of blood thinners Vitamin K deficiency

Hello! You should get a proffesional cleaning done for healthy gums. That would surely avoid bleeding. It should be done atleast once every year to prevent the problem in the future. And also you should do rinses with luke warm water with some amount of salt regularly. That will increase the healing and would be very comforting.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist
