Minimum one hour difference will do but better is to take biotin during morning hours and fish oil anytime during the day

Healthy morning sir, Plz try to take different items Biotin: Most commonly recommended to consume biotin supplements is with your morning meal. The water soluble nature of biotin will ensure that body is absorbing it with other nutrients in your meal. Fish oil: you can take fish oil any time of the day on when it works best for you. However, adjusting the timings of supplementation can help to prevent some of side effects linked to fish oil.
