Hi Dr,am have had 6 month back normal delivery, before pregnancy my weight 43, now 55 my weight gained so much,my belly was more in pregnancy, Dr said baby weight high ur height was short,baby weight 3.5 after delivery am not fully used belt , but now I have belly like 5th month pregnant ,some people are saying it decrease after 9th month of post term, its really happends ..pls suggest me.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Yes. By natural way it is supposed to reduce but don't do dieting by eating less as you must be feeding the child . You must do brisk walking for min half an hour daily along with Yoga type exercises. You can reduce dinner in terms of calories & eat mote of salads, juice/soup & proteins

Your tummy will shrink gradually over a period of a year. However,you need to concentrate more on Eat right and avoiding sugar laden products. Some form of daily excersise routine will help.
