Panic disorder or for what matter ... No psychiatric disorder is deadly.... But it is illness and need to be treated for proper period of time for complete relief from disorder. And yes you can complete normal life with treatment and thereafter.
Next Steps
take advice and treatment from psychiatrist.

Hello As rightly pointed out by you, these things are correlated to each other. More stress and anxiety leads to worsening of BP. Higher bp reading set off triggers for panic and anxiety. Anxiety is not deadly. It does however rob you of your peace of mind and quality of life. As you have been to many physicians perhaps it’s time to shift gears and see a different specialist
Next Steps
Ideally see a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Opt for both pharmacological (medicine) and non pharmacological methods ( like counselling) of treatment for best results.
