Hi, Deficiency of vitamins like B complex and minerals like iron, Protein deficiency and lack of sleep can also give hairfall. Please include Sprouts 3-4 times a week,egg,Milk,Curd, leafy vegetables, deep coloured fruits and vegetables like Carrot,Beetroot,Watermelon, Nuts and dryfruits like dates and Anjeer can be added for iron. Sleep for 8-9 hours will also help.
