I have recently done my blood test in which Eosinophils is mentioned as 8.1% . Is it cause of concern ? What should be done

Normal range of eosinophils is 0-6. Condition in which eosinophils are increased: 1)Allergic condition 2)Parasitic infection 3)Medications ie antibiotic,anti       convulsions,etc 4)Fungal infection 5)Auto immune condition
