Hlo sir or mam plz tell me what will be a actual weight of a 6 feet tall guy Previously I'm 110 kg by doing running Gymming dieting eating boil foods I lost my weight now 71 kg Now I became so thin and skinny Is my weight is ok or should I gain my weight litle more I check my bmi through my apple smartwatch my bmi is 21.3 is it ok and now ramzan is started mostly in ramzan after keeping fasting people lose weight .can I add endura mass for gaining a weight Or is im ok without adding any endura mass next month is my ✈️ flight for Kuwait Everyday in evening adding beetroot carrot juice Everyday and in iftar taking lots of fruits in diet and egg 2 omelette everyday
