Hlo sir or mam plz guide me I'm 6 feet tall guy 3 moths ago my weight is 110 kg after running 10 km everyday zyming 2 times breakfast I take oats with toned milk and honey with half bowl fruits all fruits apple.pomegranate beetroot carrot. Pears .papaya then take green tea lunch 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with 1 plate salad Evening zyming and do running 3 km After zyming come home take greentea Diner 7.30 pm take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables salad and 1 boiled egg White only According to u plz tell me what weight should it be good for me and can we have salad 2 time in a day Salad like tomatoes. Cucumber.redish and beetroot. Carrot only . Is it ok to eat salad 2 time in a day it will not make u a weight gained na Everyday completing 18000 steps
