Am I diabetic?
I was feeling very hungry for so many days.
I did RBS test and it was below 100.
I retook test for diabetes today.
Here are the results -
Fasting - 163
PP - 224
Hba1c - 6.6
Estimated availability glucose - 143

Yes with your blood values ,diagnosed as diabetic
Since this is early ,
first step could be diet modification reduce carbohydrates(complex)
take simple carbs
no added sugar of any form
Take small amounts of food frequently (food divided into parts)
Take more vegetables
Regular exercise- walking for 30 minutes per day for minimum 5days in a week
Redo blood test after two months and consult for further evaluation

Fasting glucose level above 126,post prandial glucose level above 200 and HBA1C 6.5 and above
Confirms diabetes.
However you can control it by following diet modification , lifestyle modification and exercising regularly for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week
Avoid fatty foods.

You are diabetic. If you are overweight or lead a sedentary lifestyle, get active and lose that excess weight. Increase metabolism and muscle mass with regular exercise will bring the sugar down.
Also cut down on sugar, maida products, rice and fruit juice.
Have plenty of vegetables and salads.
