No details about exact duration, whether constant or intermittent, other complaints, investigations or medications taken if any. For quick relief Paracetamol Tablet 500 mg whenever necessary can be taken. Migraine headache, splinter headache, stress headache , sinusits if accompanied by cold and nose block, eye sight are some of the possible reasons. You should see a General Physician for proper clinical examination, related investigations, possible diagnosis and further management
