Almost dog bite
A dog almost bit my leg as I felt it's teeth but jeans prevented it from breaking the skin. There was no bite mark but there's a swelling now with a red spot. But there was no bleeding or bite mark. Should I be concerned and go for an injection?

Take anti rabies vaccine to be on the safer side..wash the site with plenty of running water

U need to wash the affected area with running water for 10-15 mins . And as a precaution go for the vaccine.

Initially wash the local area under tap water thoroughly And get anti rabies vaccination from local hospital as per schedule.
