I have allergy problems. Eye itching , blocked nose, shortness of breath some time. My IGE is 1085 IU/ml.I tried Monticulast, Levocetricine,Fexofinadine since 2 months.but no result.

You may need oral corticosteroid,inhaled CS with long acting bronchodilator .For the high IgE level,you may need anti IgE medicines like omalizumab injections .
