Hi doctor,
My son is 2.5 years old and his paediatrician has told to conduct these tests for him:
IgE,
Allergy panel for veg and non veg items,
CBC.
So should I take him empty stomach for the test or can he eat anything as normal? Please advise

This is a overhyped,useless test.
As parents,YOU are the best judge of what he's allergic to.
Though you have not mentioned any specific symptoms,I assume you mean respiratory allergy like sneezing and coughing, and this is caused by inhaled substances, most common being dust, smoke and fumes.
