2.5 yr old son, not speaking
My 2.5 year old son has not started speaking.He can say only 3-4 words only as of now. He born prematurely at 7.5 month at 2.3 kg.All was good in delivery.
Do I need to see any speech therapist and when?
What could we do as a parent?
