Allergic Rhinitis
I seem to constantly have a problem of allergic rhinitis every 2 to 3 months for the last few years, although it subsides for sometime with the use of some antibiotics, but is there a better long term treatment over it ?

Typically antibiotic is not the solution to allergies. You should have an evaluation of your sinuses for a better solution.
