Allergic Rhinitis during Pregnancy.

Hi Doctors, I just wanted to understand how allergic rhinitis is usually managed during pregnancy when a short 5-day course of an allergy tablet recommended by gynac is not providing sufficient relief. As soon as the tablet stops, it flares up. I have had allergic rhinitis for many years, even before marriage, and based on my previous experience, I know that my symptoms usually do not settle without proper treatment. This time, it is significantly affecting my day-to-day life and my ability to work and sleep. I have also been using saline nasal spray and steam regularly, but unfortunately, neither is helping at all. Whenever my symptoms flare up, I start feeling chills and lose my appetite as well, which makes it quite difficult to function normally. Could you please advise what is the usual next treatment approach doctors follow for someone with recurrent/severe allergic rhinitis during pregnancy?
