There is as such no permanent treatment but with medical treatment you can get relief.
If you have already tried that & there is no relief then you can go for immunotherapy, which is quite expensive & long term (almost 2 years) treatment.
Till then you can take:
Tab. Rupanex-M 1 HS
Duonase nasal spray 1 puff BD
Steam inhalation TDS
