Please see a chest physician. Asthma can be very well controlled with inhalers. However you need to show a chest physician/pulmonologist who can prescribe you inhalers appropriate for you.
Hi
Do a spirometry testing and consult your pulmonologist in person.
Find the triggers which increase your asthma. Avoid it. Change the bed spreads once in two days.
Take care
