Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma
I am suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and moderate Asthma and I am taking Seroflo 250/25 and Flomist nasal spray as advised by doctor. My query is - can I use Nasomac AF nasal spray with Seroflo instead of Flomist nasal spray since it contains both Azelastine and Fluticasone and it will help me in Asthma plus allergic rhinitis.

Fluticasone is present in naaomac AF and also in seroflo ...so 1. If you are thinking to take nasomac AF for both allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma then the answer is no...both have different place of action. 2. If you are asking to take nasomac AF in place of flomist while continuing seroflo as it  then it can be replaced ...better to discuss in detail with pulmonologist
