Diabetes is one of the reason of tooth decay. You should go for full body examination. There must be some underlying cause. If not, then please maintain your oral hygiene by properly brushing teeth (in circular motion) twice a day and a good mouthwash eg Chlorhexidine 0.2% twice a day. If you are not satisfied with there treatment you always have an option to visit another doctor. Get properly treatment done and follow all the rules of maintaining good oral hygiene. Take care.
