Your report shows deficiency of vitamin d and B12. You need to take vitamin d 60000 iu sachet once a week for 10 weeks and cyanocobalamin 1000mcg for few monthsfor vitamin B12 deficiency.Slight rise in alkaline phosphatase while other liver enzymes being normal, you need not be concerned about it .kidney function and calcium level is normal.
